 We offer non-medical support services for seniors, including but not limited to:

• Senior placement assistance
• Move management
• Home decluttering and organization
• Personal concierge services
   

All services are provided by appointment and are tailored to each client’s unique needs. Service availability may vary based on location and capacity.

Client Responsibilities

Clients (or their representatives) agree to:

• Provide accurate information regarding care needs, preferences, and logistics
• Communicate respectfully and clearly about scheduling and service changes
• Understand that our services are non-clinical and do not replace licensed medical care
   

Payments & Cancellations

• Payment terms will be discussed before services begin and outlined in a service agreement or invoice.
• We may require a deposit for certain services (e.g., move management).
• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  

Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your information with third parties without consent, except as required by law or to fulfill requested services.

Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make every effort to deliver reliable, compassionate support, but we are not responsible for:

• Delays or disruptions caused by third-party providers (e.g., movers, facilities)
• Client outcomes related to placement or other decisions
• Accidental loss or damage during moving or organizing services, unless due to proven negligence
   

Third-Party Services

In some cases, we may coordinate with or refer third-party providers (e.g., assisted living communities, movers). While we make referrals in good faith, we do not guarantee their performance and are not liable for their actions.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website with the effective date noted above.
